PTL'S 5th Annual Dinner & Auction

Ticket Order Form

You are cordially invited to our 5th Annual Dinner & Auction benefiting the children of St. John's Lutheran School.

On Saturday, April 21, 2018, the Parent Teacher League (PTL) of St. John’s Lutheran School will be hosting its annual Dinner & Silent Auction fundraiser to benefit the school.  All proceeds from this event will be used to support and enhance the education of our children by enabling us to update our teaching and technology resources.

We are in the process of collecting goods and services for our silent auction. Past fundraisers have enabled us to purchase classroom Smart Boards, new laptops for teachers, install a school-wide wireless network, and most recently purchase Chromebooks for our upper grade students and some iPads for our lower grade classrooms.  This year, we are looking to raise funds to create a new level-based reading center for all of our students and continue technology enhancements, in addition to our continued support of general capital improvements to our school.

Check out our Classroom Basket List  by clicking the link or clicking Silent-Live Auction on the right hand side of your screen and see if you can donate or connect us with a vendor who will donate something totally awesome. Your connections and contributions will directly benefit the children of St. John's Lutheran School. And if you’re at your favorite restaurant, hotel or with a favorite vendor, please ask them for a donation for our auction (click here for our solicitation letter)!

We are asking that each student contribute an item or items to their themed basket. Room parents will help coordinate the collection of items and teachers will be asked to send out reminders about the baskets. Please have fun with the themes and make your basket special! If you prefer to donate money to the basket projects, please give this to your teacher in an envelope marked “PTL AUCTION BASKET” and we will purchase items.

All basket item donations are due March 26, 2018! If you have questions, please email
