VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL NEEDS YOUR HELP! Are you looking for something unforgettable to do this summer? Want to spread God’s word? Enjoy spending time with kids? Volunteer to serve at VBS! Not comfortable leading or assisting in a VBS center? Prefer working behind the scenes? Lots of help is also needed for decorating (before), registration/check in (each morning during the week), publicity (leading up to the big week), and even donating items for use (stay tuned) are all ways you can share your talents. We are currently looking for leaders and helpers with music, games, and group guides. It's a fun way to fulfill student or family service hours! The scripts are all written, lesson plans complete, and songs are ready to sing. All you have to do is have a desire to hang out with kids and have some fun!
Students entering 5th grade and up need to fill out and return the Student Volunteer Form by June 1.

- On Wednesday, Dec. 18th in the gym kitchen at 3:30 to help put trays of cookies together, and to set up the gym
- and immediately following choral vespers, for clean-up after the Walk.
(St. John’s school families can earn service hours for assisting with either.)
And cookies - lots of cookies! - School and Church families are encouraged to donate 6 dozen homemade or bakery cookies. Please, no pre-packaged cookies. (i.e. Oreos, Chips Ahoy, etc.)
100% of the proceeds go to our Agape fund. Please help St. John’s Lutheran Church and School support families that may not otherwise be able to afford a quality Christian education by donating cookies for this important holiday event.
It's a fun way to finish athe evening after enjoying the Christmas Choral Verpers Service at 7:00 pm.
