Food Pantry

The Joined Hands Food Pantry is a ministry and outreach serving the Jefferson Park, Portage Park, and Six Corners neighborhoods of Northwest Chicago. It is supported by St. John's Lutheran Church & School in partnership with Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.

Wednesdays from 5-7:30 p.m.
