high school prep Academics

Our academics emphasize the “Whole Child” with a well-rounded focus on the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of each child. The St. John's curriculum not only meets the state requirements, but our students' test scores are consistently above the national norm. Our highly qualified teachers focus on each child's individual learning styles and needs, helping students reach their full academic potential.

As a Christian school, we care about the social, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being of our students. At St. John's, each child experiences the love of God and is nurtured in their Christian faith journey. Our teachers not only love teaching, but they also love Jesus, and this is reflected in their interactions with each student.

St. John's 6th - 8th grade middle school program, High School Prep, successfully prepares students for high school and beyond. Our students' test scores are consistently above the national norm and as a result, 95% of St. John's students place into their #1 choice high school.

Led by three highly qualified teachers, Mrs. Franklin, Ms. Sawusch, and Mr. Benedict, High School Prep includes a wide range of subjects including religion, social emotional learning, music, and leveled reading and math classes.

Small class sizes help students receive the individualized attention they need, and also allow them to create strong bonds with their teachers and classmates.

Our goal is for each student to graduate from St. John's with the tools they need to be lifelong learners who are grounded in faith and have a heart for service.
